Joanne Killmeyer brings a well-blended background of practical business experience and academic credentials to her work with organizations, teams and leaders.  Her experience in human resources and in sales management helps her understand line management’s challenge working in the current business environment. 

She brings extensive experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical and financial industries. Joanne has proven ability in: coaching leaders, facilitating and training and increasing team effectiveness.

Joanne has implemented change strategies with leadership teams using: organizational diagnosis and effectiveness; development or clarification of strategy, vision, values or key success factors for leadership teams, management development and training. 

Joanne began her business career at Automatic Data Processing, moved to Ciba Geigy in HR Development and Sales Management and then to Ciba Specialty Chemicals as Head of NAFTA Region Talent Management.

Joanne has her Ed.S. in Executive Leadership in HRD from George Washington University (Washington, D.C.).  She holds an M.B.A. from Fordham University (N.Y.C.) and a B.A. degree in Psychology (SUNY at Oneonta).
