Joanne began her
business career at Automatic Data Processing, moved to Ciba Geigy in HR Development and Sales Management and then to Ciba
Specialty Chemicals as Head of NAFTA Region Talent Management.
Joanne has her Ed.S. in Executive
Leadership in HRD from George Washington University (Washington, D.C.). She holds
an M.B.A. from Fordham University (N.Y.C.) and a B.A. degree in Psychology (SUNY at Oneonta).
