Joan is an innovative executive coach, trainer and manager with 20 years of xperience in applications development, documentation, project management, instructional design and training for the Financial and Insurance Services. Previously Joan was the Vice President of Technical Training for Morgan Stanley, a Senior Technical Trainer for Shearson Lehman Brothers and an IT professional with John Hancock Insurance.

She specializes in:

Creating and implementing online learning resources
Developing custom technical skills curricula for new and existing employees
Directing and coaching trainers, technical writers and web developers
Developing a custom instructional design methodology for rapid course development

Joan is a graduate of Princeton.
