A principal with Performance Strategies Ltd., Lee was formerly the Corporate Vice President of Management and Organizational Development at Automatic
Data Processing. In this capacity, she developed and managed training world wide for 24,000 employees. In 26 years in this
field, she has developed a specialty in helping managers craft training/organization development interventions to meet specific
business goals. Prior to ADP, she worked for the Yonkers Public Schools in Human Relations (Diversity) training.
With an undergraduate degree in Mathematics
from the College of Mount Saint Vincent, a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from Manhattan College, she finished her
education with an Ed.D. in Educational Administration from Yeshiva University.
