Don’s consulting focuses on organization
development, management and leadership programs, and diversity training.
Prior to consulting, Don had a very varied
background. He has been the Director of Human Relations for the Yonkers, New York Public School System; the Corporate Training
and Development Manager for Exxon Office Systems Company, and an Analyst in the New York Police Department Intelligence Division.
Don has a B.S. in Criminal Justice/Sociology
from John Jay College, City University of New York and a Master of Human Resource Development from the University Associates'
Graduate School of Human Resource Development, at the University of California. He completed the Columbia University Advanced
Program in Organization Development and Human Resource Management and the University Associates' Laboratory Education Intern
Program and training sponsored by the National Training Laboratories.
