Deborah Berman has over
15 years of experience in management and organizational development, training and research. She has held senior training and
management positions with a number of global organizations, including Citibank and Automatic Data Processing, culminating
in a Vice Presidency with Lehman Brothers.
A cum laude graduate of the University of
Pennsylvania, she is a certified facilitator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator as well as a number of well-known training
systems, including Blessing/White, Zenger-Miller and Learning International
